2. Recharge & Payments

• All recharges are final. Once processed, a recharge cannot be reversed by the operator.
• If money is deducted but recharge fails, the amount is usually refunded automatically within 3-5 working days.

3. Cashback Offers

Cashback offers mentioned on the website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

4. User Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to provide the correct Subscriber ID (Customer ID). We are not responsible for recharges done on wrong IDs provided by the user.
